We do not charge you for calls made to this number but long-distance or other usage charges may be applied by your phone service. No technical support questions will be answered on the activation line. It's strictly for activation and deactivation. We do not provide Response Codes via email.
You may also complete a manual activation via our live chat service M-F 8:30AM -- 5:30PM PST. Again, you must keep the Challenge Code on your screen until you receive the Response Code from us. We do not provide Response Codes via email.
