Where can I find my AV Customer Number?

Your Customer Number can be found in the program under Help > Customer Support. It will appear as

AV2-123-456-789-012.

If you purchased the boxed version of AV2.5, the number is located on the back panel of the Final Draft Install Disc Sleeve or on the back of the "Getting Started" booklet; if you purchased the electronic download version, it can be found on your emailed receipt.

If you have AV2.0x, the number is located on the Registration Card that came in the box.
